Redeeming your ChiroXchange Offer

If you have purchased an offer for any of our chiropractic services let us start by saying thank you for allowing us to take care of your health and wellness needs and look forward to serving you.

Here is how to redeem your certificate:

  1. When you are ready to begin, use the form to the right.
  2. Choose the procedure that you have purchased (If you have not purchased a certificate please select "I'm looking for a chiropractor")
  3. Enter the zip code closest to you in our search box
  4. Choose an office that is close to you
  5. Submit your information to the office you have selected
  6. You will receive a confirmation email with the name, address and phone number of your chiropractor
  7. You will receive a call from the office you have selected to book your appointment
  8. Show-up for your appointment

You will need to bring your certificate with you to the chiropractic office. There is a 24 hour appointment cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment or do not provide at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling your appointment, a rescheduling fee up to the amount you paid for the voucher will apply. Please call us if you have any questions.

Information you will need to provide:
Name (first and last)
Telephone Number (so we can call you)
Email address (so we can confirm your appointment)
Certificate or Offer Code (this should be clearly displayed on your certificate)
